Abstract：
Instead of the usual model in which the incident proton becomes a neutron and apion,we use a new model in which the incident proton becomes a Δ⁰ and a pion to calculate the angular distributions of the reaction ²⁶Mg（p,π⁺）²⁷Mg.The obtained resu-lts show that there are considerable differences both in magnitudes and patterns of the angular distributions for the two models.
