                                 Abstract:The power density gain and equivalent length of cylinder capillary with different lengths and radii are calculated with a simulation program. In experiment, with 8.04keV X-ray source the power density gain and equivalent length of cylinder capillary are measured and the experiment results are compared with the simulation. The conclusion is drawn that a cylinder capillary has great application prospect on crystal diffraction.
